Information Technology

The company's information technology is based on a Windows system, specifically the Windows 2000 Professional operating system and Microsoft Office XP Professional program packages. Data collection is conducted via our internally developed program suite in a closed and secure computer system. Our largest daily capacity nears 900,000 keystrokes per day. Data processing is carried out with an internationally accepted mathematics-statistics program package.

The members of our network of instructors are also equipped with their own computers, enabling them to dispatch collected data through a secure network connection. Larger quantities of information are sent via secure ISDN or ADSL connections.

Focus room

M.Á.S.T. conducts its focus group interviews in one of Hungary's state of the art facilities, specifically designed for such interviews. Additionally, the location is easily accessible by both public transportation and car.

A separate lounge is made available to the participants prior to the interviews. It is also a place where the members of the group interviews are finalized.

Besides the moderator, the focus room provides ample space for up to 10 interviewees. The Client has the opportunity to observe the proceedings of the interview from a control room behind a two-way mirror. Should the Client have any further questions or ideas, he/she can contact the moderator with the help of a computer link.

Moreover there is availability to record the interview via a video or audio recording device.

Furthermore, each of the countryside focus group interviews are recorded via video or audio recording devices. The Client can choose to monitor the discussion from a separate room through a television screen. Additionally, our Gyor and Debrecen locations offer a two-way mirror focus room to the Client.
